The service around the subject of dolphin therapy was absolutely superb. Svetlana, Julia and also Silvio are not just competent and eager to help, but are also wonderfully likeable and dear people. And also Svetlana’s husband, Igor, whom we got to know along the way, is a very likeable and pleasant person. The interns Kim and Miriam were also very eager to help and we were totally satisfied.

We felt very well taken care of in the Dolphin Therapy Center in Antalya, and the professionalism was obvious and came with all the necessary sensitivity. Also organizationally we could find no fault. Absolutely super, and we can only express a huge Thank You and fully deserved praise.

The hotel is clean and the grounds are neatly groomed. Annoying were the conditions around the restaurant; it was obviously not exactly clean. The tables were permanently sticky and there was always something missing. It was obvious that nothing happens without a tip. Also, the hotel was very noisy. This is not exactly beneficial around children.
